Chocolate Chia Pudding


We all know about the health benefits of Chia seeds. But we can make a delicious pudding with it as well. Check out my recipe for a Chocolate Chia Pudding.


  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 360 ml (1 1/2 cups) milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup


  • Place the chia seeds in a bowl with the milk and whisk with a fork.
  • Add the cacao powder and maple syrup and whisk well.
  • Set in the fridge overnight (8+ hours).
  • Add chocolate flakes and/or blueberries (or fruit of your choice).
  • Enjoy.
