The Parsley Detox Recipe of Your Dreams

Yes, you heard it right. This is the parsley detox recipe of your dreams. "Why?" you ask? Because parsley is a potent kidney cleanser. And it's super simple.


There are many different ways to make parsley detox drink. The recipe I have usde several time now contains only two ingredients:


  • 30 gr. parsley (= one ounce)
  • juice of  one lemon


Put the ingredients into a blender and simply blend until it has the consistency you like. If needed you can add a little bit of water to help blending everything.
I drink this every morning for a period of five days. It is recommended to end the detox after one week. If you want to continue the cleanse you can stop for a week and then start again. 


Parsley is a nutritional powerhouse with Vitamin A, B, C, K, iron and potassium. It cleanses the kidneys very effectively and has other positive side effects, too. One of them is reduces water retention and bloating. That's why it is pretty popular among celebrities who want to loose extra water weight before an event. I swear by it - it really works.

Note: Do not use this parsley drink if you are pregnant or if you are taking blood thinning medication.
